EOSLing Subscriber Reward Draw — Official Rules

1. Organizer

The Subscriber Reward Draw (“the Draw”) is organized by eosling.com (“EOSLing”, “we”, “us”).

The Draw is offered as a promotional reward for users of the EOSLing Italian language learning platform and is not a standalone product or service.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Draw, a user must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have an active Yearly Subscription (€70) on eosling.com
Successfully complete payment for the yearly plan
Voluntarily opt in to the Draw using the official participation form

Participation is optional and is not required to use the EOSLing platform.

Users on free, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or half-year plans are not eligible to participate in the Draw.

3. One Entry per Subscription

Each paid yearly subscription allows one (1) opt-in participation in one Draw cycle.
Participation applies only to the specific Draw for which the user opted in.
Participation does not automatically carry over to future draws.

If a user renews their yearly subscription in the future, they may choose to opt in again for a future Draw, subject to the rules applicable at that time.

4. Draw Cycle and Number of Participants

Each Draw cycle includes a maximum of 90 eligible participants.
Once 90 valid opt-in entries are reached, the Draw is closed.
The draw date and results announcement date will be published on the raffle page eosling.com/subscriber-reward-draw.

5. Prizes

Cash Prizes

Three (3) cash prizes are awarded in each Draw:

🥇 Gold Prize: €1000
🥈 Silver Prize: €700
🥉 Bronze Prize: €500

Each cash prize is awarded to one unique participant.

Renewal Discount for All Other Participants

All participants who do not win a cash prize will receive a 50% discount coupon that can be used for the renewal of any paid EOSLing subscription plan.

The discount applies to one (1) renewal only
Discount coupons do not grant access to future Draws
Coupons may include an expiration date, which will be stated when issued

There are no losers in the Draw — every participant receives a reward.

6. Winner Selection

Winners are selected randomly using random.org.
Each eligible participant is assigned a unique identifier.
Three (3) unique identifiers are drawn at random to determine the cash prize winners.
The draw is conducted manually and documented for transparency.

Any “Wheel of Fortune” or visual elements displayed on eosling.com are used only for illustrative or reveal purposes and do not determine cash prize winners.

7. Announcement of Results

Results are published on the official raffle page on eosling.com/subscriber-reward-draw.
Participants are identified using partially anonymized identifiers, such as:
- the first part of an email address (e.g. john1976@),
- a masked email address (e.g. jo***@gmail.com),
- or a user identifier.

Cash prize winners are also contacted directly via the email address associated with their EOSLing account.

8. Prize Delivery

Cash prizes are paid via a mutually agreed payment method within three (3) banking days after winner confirmation and identity verification.
Discount coupons are delivered digitally.

9. Winner Feedback (Optional)

Cash prize winners may be invited to share their experience with EOSLing via a feedback form.

Providing feedback is completely optional and does not affect prize delivery in any way.

10. Taxes and Fees

Any taxes, fees, or reporting obligations related to the receipt of prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner, where applicable.

11. Fair Use and Abuse Prevention

EOSLing reserves the right to:

disqualify duplicate or fraudulent entries

12. Changes to the Rules

EOSLing may update these rules for future Draw cycles.
Changes will not affect a Draw that has already closed.
